Job Summary
This position reports to the Admissions Associate Director, Full-Time Programs in the Graduate Programs Office. It involves leading recruitment and outreach initiatives for Leeds graduate programs which presently includes four MBA Programs, four MS Programs, two online MS Programs, and two certificate programs. Along with the Admissions Team, this position is critical for attaining Leeds enrollment and revenue goals. This person will focus on activities to generate a larger audience for our recruitment outreach and marketing efforts and enhance yield. This position also project manages the admission team's 80+ events and webinars to ensure all events are implemented smoothly and successfully. This includes working closely with other Leeds offices to create new outreach and marketing initiatives.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
Admissions Outreach & Recruitment, MS Programs
- Partnering with the admissions team, create outreach initiatives that increase the overall applicant pool for the Leeds graduate programs while building the presence of a variety of populations among prospective applicants. Outreach initiatives include the development of messaging that resonates with our prospects and represents the values and mission of Leeds.
- Determine the grad fairs, webinars, presentations, etc. needed to reach our target audience most effectively - all while considering budget requirements.
- Create special programs to encourage and support these prospective applicants through the process of applying to graduate business programs. Success in this area affects the reputation of the school in rankings and supports the Leeds brand and growth initiatives.
- Provide support across all programs and recruit for all Leeds MBA and MS programs representing Leeds and our graduate programs professionally and ethically. As part of this, learn the details of all the MBA and MS programs as well as fill in during walk-ins, appointments, and fairs as necessary. All admissions team members are encouraged to support each other by being knowledgeable across all our MBA and MS programs.
- Connect with senior-level applicants interested in our professional MBA programs as well as undergrads for our MS Programs understanding the different experience levels and career goals, and advise applicants accordingly on their personal and professional goals.
- Responsible for communicating with prospective students through virtual and in-person meetings, and e-mail, to advise prospective students on program details and the application process. They will also deliver webinars and in-person information sessions regarding program specifics, admissions criteria, as well as other topics relating to the program, recruitment process, or the university.
- Present publicly and serve as a representative of Leeds Business School to individuals and groups at virtual, on-campus, and off-campus events, including but not limited to, open house programs, information sessions, graduate school fairs, and one-on-one meetings/interviews.
- Travel for recruitment and other school-related events. Domestic travel is required. International travel is possible. Exact travel responsibility is dependent on assigned programs and budget.
Recruitment Operations and Events
- Manage leads from Graduate Programs’ digital marketing efforts as well as those from Leeds RFI inquiry forms on the website. This includes following up with all leads, tracking/reporting on all leads and forwarding any qualified leads to other recruiters as necessary.
- Create and manage recruitment events as well as any projects assigned by the associate directors or director.
- Use the admissions CRM database (Slate) and other related technologies to track communication with applicants, summarize meetings, plan and host events, and send targeted e-mail and text messages.
- Use data available in Slate and with GMAC to develop recruiting strategies and to make decisions. Provide reports that demonstrate admissions results and provide data to effectively make decisions
- Assist in admissions duties by interviewing applicants, providing evaluations, and serving on the admissions committee ethically and transparently.
What You Should Know
This role offers a hybrid work modality with 3 days in the office on campus and 2 days of remote work per week. The standard working schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm. Additionally, a few evening events are required throughout the year, approximately 12 per year. Some travel will be required.
What We Can Offer
The hiring range for this position is $61,200-$70,000 annually. Relocation is available for eligible candidates.

What We Require
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and 3+ years of experience in higher education admissions or comparable business development or recruitment roles.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.

What We Would Like You to Have
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience as a recruiter/admission professional.
- Experience working in a business school environment.
- Strong technical CRM knowledge and experience, specifically in Technolutions Slate.
