The Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder is hiring an Assistant Professor in Information Systems position in the Division of Organizational Leadership and Information Analytics (OLIA) for Fall 2024.

We publish in top Information Systems outlets such as MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, Journal of MIS, and Management Science. We value papers that appear in related journals such as the Journal of the AIS and ACM Transactions on Information Systems and conferences such as the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS) and The ACM Conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems (CHI).

What We Can Offer
Pending funding approval (on roles where applicable), the salary range for this position is between $174,000 and $194,000.

What We Require
- Ph.D. degree in information systems, computer science or other related disciplines.*
- Research demonstrating ability to solve difficult problems.
- Strong understanding of methods, procedures, and approaches within the candidate’s area of research.
- Ability to publish original research in the top information systems journals such as MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research and Management Science.
- Teaching ability in Information Systems and/or Business Analytics.
What We Would Like You to Have
- A view of technology as a tool in research and teaching, but also seek out unorthodox and unique approaches.
- Possess experience and a willingness to develop educational programs.
- Possess teaching experience at the undergraduate, masters, and/or doctoral levels.
- Think creatively, critically, and conceptually about technological practices.
