Job Summary
The Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder is hiring one, and up to two, Assistant Professors of Strategy & Entrepreneurship in the Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Operations Division to begin in Fall 2025.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
- Conduct high-impact research in strategy, entrepreneurship, and innovation areas and publish in premier journals. Teach courses in strategy, entrepreneurship, and innovation in the undergraduate and graduate programs. Provide service in the school and in the larger profession.
What We Can Offer
The salary range for this position is $192,000 - $203,000. Additional benefits include allowance with relocation expenses and for a computer, FDA, and a specific amount of guaranteed summer research support.

- Note: Candidates who have not yet conferred their degree will be appointed as an Instructor until the semester following the degree conferral.
What You Will Need
- We are seeking applicants who conduct impactful research in strategy, entrepreneurship, and innovation, and have strong interest and ability to teach courses in these areas to undergraduates, MBAs and doctoral students. We are especially interested in candidates with a grounding in Strategy who are pursuing work in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Innovation and/or Technology Management.
What We Would Like You to Have
- The preferred candidate for the assistant professor position will have publications in premier journals and/or the potential to create a research program with high impact.
