Job Summary

The Department of Biochemistry at the University of Colorado Boulder invites applications for a Teaching Assistant Professor position.  The individual who fills this position will also interact with the Department of Chemistry, as part of the shared teaching mission between the two departments.  This is a full-time (100%) academic year appointment, which will start in August 2024.

Duties will include teaching general chemistry and organic chemistry courses.

What You Should Know

This is a non-tenure track appointment and may be reappointed for periods of up three years. Position will be required to perform limited-service activities.

$60,000-$65,000/yr

What We Require

A Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Chemistry or a related field is required at the time of appointment.

What We Would Like You to Have

Experience as the instructor of record for a university-level biochemistry or chemistry course with an enrollment of over 100 students.
