Job Summary
The Leeds School of Business at CU Boulder encourages applications for an Associate Director of CU Real Estate Investment Management & Finance Pathway!
The Associate Director will serve as the program’s academic and professional leader—designing and delivering a multi-semester pathway composed of curricular and extracurricular activities, mentoring students, and collaborating with industry professionals and CU departments around three key applied learning activities.
- Students actively underwrite and manage real-world real estate investments through a student-run private equity investment group. This immersive experience simulates the responsibilities of an investment associate, due diligence, deal structuring, pitching to an investment committee, and performance monitoring.
- Students engage in the full lifecycle of real estate operations, from ground-up development planning to active asset and property management. This track strengthens their understanding of operations, risk, and long-term value creation working directly on CU owned assets on live real estate investment opportunities.
- Students promote the Pathway’s impact by leading storytelling, investor updates, branding, and central communications. This ensures partners, including alumni, donors, and future employers, are engaged with the Pathway’s impact.
