The Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder encourages applications for the Building Operations Coordinator! As our Building Operations Coordinator, you will work under the direction of the Building Operations Specialist with minimal direction on a broad array of critical projects and tasks. Every day you will provide functional guidance, proactive support and oversight to student workers. The duties and tasks will reflect substantial variety and complexity, applying skills and knowledge across multiple functions.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

Building Operations

  • Provide oversight of facility operations as it relates to public readiness for classroom, meeting and office operations, and building maintenance.
  • Responsible for opening the building in the mornings and associated activities.
  • Manage facility related projects with CU Facilities and associated contracted vendors regarding remodels, renovations, classroom/office modifications, and construction projects.

Customer Relations

  • Conduct Building orientations for all new hires.
  • Provide back-up support to the Building Operations Specialist.
  • Facilitate and resolve administrative issues and problems brought to the Office in consultation with the Building Operations Specialist and Associate Dean.

  • We anticipate that this position will support a hybrid format (remote and in-person work).

What We Can Offer

  • The salary range is $46,000- $55,000 annually.
  • Relocation assistance is available for qualified applicants.

What We Require

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, plus 2+ years of related administrative experience. Substitution: A combination of relevant work experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience working with multiple collaborators, with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and clearly communicate expectations.
  • Experience using MS Office Suite.

  • Ability to handle complex, multiple, concurrent tasks using excellent organizational skills and proficiency in prioritizing assignments to complete work accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and use discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Anticipate, interpret, and respond to a variety of issues with minimal direction and the highest level of discretion and judgment.

What We Would Like You To Have

  • Qualtrics experience.
  • Familiarity with CU policies, procedures and software applications.
  • 3 years of related administrative experience.
