Job Summary
The College of Arts and Sciences at CU Boulder encourages applications for the Divisional Programming Manager position! This role supports the detail-level coordination, implementation, and project management of initiatives broadly defined as "divisional programming" within the Arts and Humanities Division within the College of Arts & Sciences. This role considers programming to be the totality of the work being done within the organization at any given time in order to plan and effect future-facing change. This will include initiatives that have been designed and structured by the Dean of Division and the Senior Strategic Advisor/Director of Divisional Programming, as well as transformational efforts led by individual departments within the division. Ingrained in this work at all levels of the division, this position assists both departments as well as divisional and college leadership in driving progress towards attaining a successful and stable future state.
This role drives progress within the division by setting the implementation scope and timeline for divisional change projects, creating and leading discrete implementation work for project subsections, and supporting accountability for implementation teams and various categories of project leads. Collaboration with A&S offices is essential for addressing operational challenges linked to divisional change efforts.
