Who We Are

The Learning Assistant Alliance mission is to connect institutions to support the implementation and assessment of the Learning Assistant (LA) model with goals of improving educational experiences and access across the disciplines. LAs are undergraduate students who, through the guidance of weekly preparation sessions and a pedagogy course, facilitate discussions among groups of students in a variety of classroom settings that encourage active engagement.
