Job Summary
Human Resources at CU Boulder encourages applications for an Organizational Change Manager. The Organizational Change Manager will lead the change management efforts for the CU Boulder Time & Labor HRIS implementation project. This role is essential in ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of the new system by all partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
Change Management Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to support the Time & Labor implementation project.
Partner Engagement:
- Identify and engage with key collaborators, including faculty, staff, and administration, to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed.
Communication:
- Create and implement a communication plan to keep all collaborators informed about project progress, changes, and benefits.
Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials to ensure partners are well-prepared to use the new system.
Resistance Management:
- Identify potential resistance to change and develop strategies to mitigate it.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor the progress of organizational change activities and report on their effectiveness to project leadership.
Continuous Improvement:
- Gather feedback from partners and use it to continuously improve change management strategies and tactics.
What You Should Know
- This is a limited term appointment, not expected to exceed 2 years.
- The work modality is fully remote.
What We Can Offer
- The salary range for this position is $78,000 - $100,000 per year.

What We Require
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in change management, preferably in a higher education or large organizational setting. An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for the required degree on a year-for-year basis.
What You Will Need
- Strong understanding of organizational change principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
What We Would Like You to Have
- Experience with Time & Labor systems or similar HRIS implementations.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
- Experience working in a higher education environment.
- Master's or other advanced degree.
- 5+ years of experience.
