What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
- Conduct research on semiconductor nanocrystal–enzyme complexes and nanoscale optoelectronic materials.
- Design and perform cryo-EM experiments, including sample preparation, imaging, and single-particle analysis.
- Investigate structure–property relationships related to electron transfer, catalysis, and photocatalytic function.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data to guide research direction and project goals.
- Prepare research reports, manuscripts, proposals, presentations, and related scientific communications.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary research teams and mentor graduate and undergraduate researchers.
- Develop innovative methods for studying nanocrystal–enzyme systems.

What We Require
- Ph.D. in biochemistry, structural biology, biophysics, molecular biology, chemistry, physics, materials science, computational biology, or related field

- This position is best suited for candidates with expertise in structural characterization of biomolecules by cryo-EM.
