Job Summary

The Donaldson Lab is hiring a post-doctoral researcher with expertise in computational assessment of vole behavior and experience with fiber photometry. Required skills include coding in Python, deep understanding of unsupervised clustering algorithms for machine learning, analysis of GCaMP signals relative to behavior, and expertise in stereotactic surgery and vole handling. The candidate will be responsible for conducting all experiments, analyzing the data, and preparing it for publication. They will also contribute to training and grant writing.
