Who We Are
The Laboratory for Emergent Nanomaterials at the University of Colorado Boulder is building a radically interdisciplinary team of creative scientists and engineers for research at the intersection of chemistry, engineering, and multifunctional materials.
What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
- Organic, polymer, and colloid synthesis and characterization, photolithography, microscopy.
- Collaborating with team members on training goals and lab upkeep.
What You Should Know
The initial appointment will be for 12 months, with a possibility for additional 12-month extensions.

What We Require
- Ph.D. in polymer, materials, or chemicals sciences and engineering, or a related field.
What You Will Need
- We welcome interdisciplinary, polymath, out-of-the-box problem solvers.
What We Would Like You To Have
- Research experience in organic synthesis, microfluidics, soft lithography, microelectromechanical systems, and/or nanotechnology is desired.
