Job Summary
The Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder is seeking a highly organized, meticulous, and proactive Coordinator for Undergraduate Programs! This full-time position plays a vital role in supporting the Undergraduate Programs leadership and serves as the BASE (BCOR Applied Semester Experience) Coordinator within the BCOR (Business Core) program. This position reports directly to the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Programs.
The position encompasses two primary areas of responsibility which are administrative support for the Associate Dean and Executive Director for Leeds Undergraduate Programs, and coordination and support of the BASE curriculum and BCOR program components.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
Assistant to the Associate Dean and Executive Director
- Coordinate travel arrangements, process reimbursements, and assist with logistics for Associate Dean, Executive Director, and Student Events including:
- Dean’s Leadership Fellows; Dean’s Student Cabinet; Undergraduate Programs Student Advisory Committee.
- Support special projects for undergraduate programs.
- Process faculty-submitted grade changes that require Dean’s approval.
- Manage Dean’s List recognition process each semester, including:
- Identifying eligible students; Coordinating with the Registrar’s Office for transcript updates.; Sending notifications to recognized students.
- Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS) (Business Honor Society) Coordinator.
- Identify and invite eligible students to join Beta Gamma Sigma based on established academic criteria.
- Upload student data to the BGS national database.
- Order graduation stoles, certificates, and pins for BGS inductees.
- Organize the BGS induction ceremony and post-event reception.
- Other duties as assigned by the Associate Dean and Executive Director.
BCOR Program Coordination
BASE Coordinator – 4th Semester Integrated Learning Experience
- Schedule team meetings and prepare agendas with the BCOR/BASE Faculty Director.
- Support BASE faculty in maintaining consistent and clear CANVAS course content and grading.
- Aid in implementing individual student assessments.
- Coordinate final group presentations (schedule rooms, match faculty availability).
- Provide ongoing course troubleshooting and student/faculty support.
BCOR Course Coordination & Administration
- Regularly meet with Faculty Director to ensure program efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with university policies and financial guidelines.
- Support with onboarding the new BCOR Faculty Director related to processes and policies.
- Maintain shared resource drives for curriculum and planning tools.
- Develop and distribute 8-week modular academic calendars.
- Assist with coordinating BCOR exam times and other ad-hoc needs.
BCOR Budget & TA Oversight
- Supervise and evaluate BCOR budgets bi-weekly/monthly.
- Collaborate on yearly budget planning and course allocations.
- Be responsible for TA budgets and hiring for TAs working in BCOR/BASE.
- Review, approve, and supervise TA timesheets and hours.
- Provide regular budget updates to faculty leads to prevent overspending.
Undergraduate Curriculum Assurance of Learning
- Administer and collect data for AACSB accreditation assessments, including:
- Sophomore Capstone Exam; Diverse Perspective Survey; CATME team evaluations; Marketplace Simulation.
- Upload assessment data to the shared AACSB repository.

- Hybrid work modality, with an average of 3 days on campus per week.
What We Can Offer
$54,060 - $55,000. Relocation assistance may be available within Leeds guidelines.

What We Require
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience).
- One year of relevant administrative experience in a professional setting.

What We Would Like You to Have
- 5+ years of experience in a professional office setting.
- Experience in a higher education setting.
- Familiarity with CU policies, procedures, and software applications.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.
