Job Summary
The NSF Institute for Student AI Teaming (iSAT) is seeking an on-call research assistant to help with data annotation and curation when needed. We are looking for a motivated, hard-working individual to help support our research in cognitive science and human-computer interaction. This position is ready to assist with data annotation, analysis, and management to support teams handling classroom data when called upon.

We team with students and teachers to develop the next generation of collaborative learning environments. What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
- Data annotation, analysis, and management to support teams handling classroom data when called upon.
What We Can Offer
$27.52 per hour/ annual salary equivalent $57,240.00.

What We Require
- Bachelors degree in psychology, education, neuroscience, computer science or a related discipline.
- Confident in using office applications (Microsoft Office Suite, G-suite).
- Motivated, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong people skills - you will be responsible for keeping participants comfortable in the lab setting.
What You Will Need
- Prior research experience, particularly with human participants.
- At least basic proficiency in any of Python (or an equivalent programming language), R, Block Programming (MakeCode, Scratch), Matlab.
- Experience with data annotation & analysis
