Job Summary

This position will involve working with a team of researchers to develop and validate a flexible quantum mechanics assessment.

Who We Are

This position is hosted within the Physics Education Research group in the CU Boulder Physics department.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

  • Activities will include developing items, recruiting pilot sites, running pilot tests, and statistical analysis of the results.

What You Should Know

  • This position will be for 2-3 months max.

What We Can Offer

Salary will be $55,000 at 50% time: $27,500/year or $2,291.66/month.

What We Require

  • Ph.D. in Physics with a specialty in Physics Education Research (PER).

What You Will Need

  • Knowledge of graduate-level Quantum Mechanics, familiarity with quantum computing, and knowledge of broad test theory.
