Job Summary
The Program Manager, Career Operations, plays a central role in advancing student career outcomes through data management, career programming, employer relations, and student engagement initiatives for the Leeds School of Business. This position is responsible for career outcomes data collection and disclosure (including First Destination Surveys), manages career technology systems, coordinates planning and execution of career events, and supports student engagement and communications strategies. The role serves as a connector across data, operations, events, and outreach to ensure a high-quality, scalable, and student-centered career experience.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
Career Outcomes Data, Reporting & Technology Management
- Lead the administration of First Destination Surveys and other career-related data collection efforts, ensuring alignment with National Association of College and Employers (NACE) standards and institutional reporting requirements (such as AASCB, National Rankings, and others).
- Manage and maintain Salesforce and related career technology systems to track student engagement, employer relations, career outcomes, and key performance indicators.
- Ensure data integrity through regular audits and process improvements.
- Analyze data to strategically plan and inform continuous improvement.
Operations
- Partner with various constituents to plan, coordinate, and implement career events, employer networking events, workshops, and other career engagement programs.
- Responsible as the point person on the undergraduate team for overseeing the strategy, vision and success of specific events, in collaboration with the event management team. This could entail overseeing the logistics, finalizing the timelines, vendor coordination and overseeing the on-site execution.
- Serve as the primary operational lead for career-related programs, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability across offerings. These programs include, but are not limited to, Leeds Professionalism Summit (1000+ students), Senior Check-In engagements, Designing Your Leeds classroom assignments and other ad-hoc workshops.
- Collaborate with employer relations, student programs, and academic partners to deliver seamless experiences.'
- Support student engagement initiatives, both curricular (1st year seminar courses and upper-class career readiness courses) and co-curricular (Strategic career events, employer sessions and data collection).
- Assist with the administration, tracking, and assessment of required career touchpoints and student participation.
- Contribute to outreach strategies designed to increase student participation and engagement across career initiatives.
Communications, Marketing & Social Media
- Coordinate with our Events, Media, and Communications division to develop and implement a critical communications plan for career programs and student engagement initiatives.
- Manage career-related social media content and digital outreach to promote events, timelines, resources, and outcomes.
- Ensure consistent messaging across platforms and programs, aligned with strategic goals and brand standards.
- Support marketing and communications for career fairs, networking events, employer engagement, and signature programs.
What You Should Know
This is a full-time position expected to work during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with occasional evening and weekend requirements.
This position offers a hybrid work modality, with two days remote and three days of in-person work per week.

- The annual hiring range for this position is $55,100-$62,000.

What We Require
- Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of relevant experience in higher education, career services, program management, event management, data analysis, or a related area.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.

What We Would Like You to Have
- Experience managing CRM or career technology platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- 2+ years experience in undergraduate career services, student development, or employer engagement.
- Familiarity with First Destination Survey reporting and NACE guidelines.
- Experience supporting large-scale events such as career fairs or employer programs.
- Technical proficiency with Salesforce, Qualtrics, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with business school or industry-focused student populations.
