There is one postdoctoral position available in the Paul M. Rady Department of Mechanical Engineering, University of Colorado Boulder, in the area of biomedical device and cell mechanics.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

We conduct highly multidisciplinary research at the frontiers of science, engineering, and biomedicine. Currently, our group focuses on the micro/nano technology (microfluidics and MEMS) for (1) On-chip diagnosis and analysis, (2) physical approach based precise intracellular and subcellular drug delivery for immunotherapy and gene editing, (3) cell mechanics. We aim to develop innovative technologies and tools to solve challenging problems in biomedicine and to improve human health. We take it as our responsibility to train future leaders dedicated to excellence. We are looking for postdoctoral researchers with good training in the field of biomedical devices, microfluids, microfabrication, or acoustics to lead a few projects in related fields.

What We Can Offer

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $50,000.

What We Require

  • Ph.D. degree.
  • Good training in the field of biomedical devices, microfluidics, microfabrication, or acoustics.
