Job Summary

The Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics (LASP) is looking for a System Administrator who can provide technical support for a variety of Administration Systems for Finance, Human Resources, Facilities Operations, and Contracts and Compliance. As a valued team member, your main duties will be:
  • Resolve, develop technical solutions related to software, develop expertise on software platforms, and deliver accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Track issues and work with the supervisor to problem solve, build and execute corrective plans.
  • Support includes Office 365, SharePoint Online, Finance Systems, and HR Information Systems.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

  • Develop business process solutions in Office 365: SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel, and Word.
  • Support administration of Deltek Cobra, UKG Ready and other Administration Information Systems.
  • Write technical documentation and user guides.
  • Track software errors.
  • Work closely with the team to create technical solutions to changing business needs.
  • Train internal customers on software platforms.

What We Can Offer

Salary range is $67,500 - $87,500.

What We Require

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field.
    • An equivalent combination of experience and education may substitute.
  • Two years of technical support experience.

What You Will Need

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional experience translating business needs to technical solutions.
  • Professional experience developing solutions in Office 365: SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and other Microsoft products.
  • Basic understanding of Business and Finance concepts.
