Job Summary
The Athletics Department at the University of Colorado Boulder is hiring a Ticket Office Customer Service Representative! This position is part of our Ticket Operations team. As a Ticket Office Representative, you will be a part of a team that will help our fans with their ticketing needs.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
- Be responsible for answering phones.
- Assisting season ticket holders with renewing, purchasing or accessing their tickets.
- Assist fans in purchasing tickets and accessing their tickets.
- Answering questions for any general fans calling in.
- Assisting ticket managers in checking voicemails and e-mails.
- Assisting ticket managers in opening/closing duties.
- Assist ticket managers with any daily tasks.
What You Should Know
The tentative hours for this position are 20-40 hours, Monday through Friday. This position will also be working all of the football games and maybe some other nights or weekends. We plan on discussing this further in the interview process.

What We Can Offer
- Starting hourly rate for this position is $18.90.
Benefits
Temporary positions at the University of Colorado are not benefits-eligible, however, all positions are eligible for paid sick leave.

- 6 months of customer service experience.

- Ability to report promptly to assigned shifts.
- Ability to make decisions based on situational circumstances.
- Works well with people in a team and in a service position.
