Conversions to a common GPA are made when entering information to provide consistency and parity for all applicants. Reference to admissions guidelines for specific high school exceptions, grade point averages, and practices will help provide consistent evaluation of these documents.
- Review guidelines in our office procedures manual, consult with admissions counselors assigned to specific high schools or regions, and use standard conversion practices to enter information into the student information system that is accurate to allow for consistent admission decision making. Collaborate with supervisor and other staff to determine appropriate action when the transcript provides unusual circumstances.
