Job Summary

 The Institute of Cognitive Science (ICS) at CU-Boulder is now welcoming applications for an eBRAVO_PRA. This new employee will serve as lab manager, which requires purchasing and scheduling, and IRB submissions/ approval and tracking. 

Who We Are

The mission of the Institute of Cognitive Science (ICS) at CU-Boulder is to understand and enhance human cognition, learning, and development through the creation of interdisciplinary partnerships. 

ICS fosters rich scientific interchange across researchers from a broad range of disciplines including Artificial Intelligence, Linguistics, Psychology, Neuroscience, Computer Science, Philosophy, and Education.

Research
ICS houses three research centers, the Center for Research on Training (CRT), the Intermountain Neuroimaging Consortium (INC), and CU Center for Research and Education Addressing Cannabinoids and Health (CU REACH). The research centers are formally acknowledged units within the university administrative structure. In addition, ICS houses individual ICS faculty member laboratories and a collaborative project called Inqiury Hub.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

Participate as part of the research team, which includes, but not limited to, interfacing with middle school teachers and students in schools, attending research meetings, helping to design classroom curriculum and assessment rubrics, and participating in scoring of research products. To include other duties as assigned such as researching for and contributing to publications, etc.

What You Should Know

This position does require meeting in multiple locations, so flexibility in transportation is a plus.

Salary for this 50% position is $27,500.00
