What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
- Grow Mycobacteria, Psuedomonas and Legionella in biofilm growth apparatus used to compare genomic, biochemical and phenotypic aspects of pure cultures of bacterial biofilms grown under different electromagnetic field exposures.
- Determine Biofilm composition by its carbohydrate content normalized by the standard volume eluted from biofilm reactors.
- Determine the residual polysaccharide carbohydrate content of the biofilms as standardized with dextrose in a colorimetric modification to the classic Molisch total carbohydrate assay.

- PhD in Chemistry.
- Extensive experience in organic characterization of carbohydrates from environmental samples.
