Who We Are

At the Department of Integrative Physiology we study organisms as functioning systems of molecules, cells, tissues, and organs. This emphasis on whole-body function, and its applications to human health and disease, has made Integrative Physiology the largest undergraduate major at CU-Boulder. Our PhD program was recently ranked 9th out of 63 physiology programs in the country. Our diverse faculty include several who have joint affiliations with the Institute for Behavioral Genetics and the Center for Neuroscience, as well as clinical divisions at the CU-Anschutz medical campus.

 This specific position will be under the Sleep and Chronobiology lab.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

  • Nighttime and daytime work hours including weekends (during studies predominantly nighttime)
  • Collection of biological specimen, sleep and circadian physiology data, and human performance data
  • Assist with research participant recruitment
  • Assist with analysis of biological specimen and sleep and circadian data
  • Assist with laboratory maintenance and screening, including purchasing of supplies and training, and staffing/maintaining a cleaning schedule
  • Maintain and update data generated by studies
  • Case report and research record documentation
  • Assist with library research and completion of reports
  • Process paperwork for reimbursements and billings

The starting salary for this full-time position is $43,888.00 annually.
