What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
The research assistant will assist with tasks related to community-based LC and TF-CBT training and implementation, including activities that support parent and youth engagement and retention in project activities, delivery of LC and TF-CBT with families, collection of project performance metrics, creating materials to promote impact storytelling and dissemination of findings, and contributing to academic publications, reports, and presentations.

What We Require
- High attention to detail, critical thinking skills, teamwork and collaboration
- Experience working on research projects related to child development, family functioning, mental health and/or intervention and prevention programs
- Familiarity with Let’s Connect and other evidence-based interventions for child, youth and families
What We Would Like You to Have
- 2 or more years of experience observing or working with youth and families
- 2 or more years of experience conducting or supporting clinical research activities
